Self taught, I am naturally drawn to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. But my food journey also highlights the places I visited - the streets of Mexico City, the mountains in Switzerland, the hills of Tuscany, just to name a few.
For over 17 years, I worked in marketing, public relations and branding for incredible brands such as Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, Holt Renfrew, Dom Rebel, and Topshop. Over the years, I spent most of my free time traveling and tasting new restaurants followed by trying to replicate signature dishes at home.
